Power Supply
I am using a 24V 10A switching power supply from MeanWell. I decided to run the machine on 24 Volts, since the higher Voltage allows the Stepper Motors to run cooler and faster. At the places where 12V is needed Step-Down-Modules are used.

main frames
four legs + crossbeam
The Aluminium Extrusions are connected together by M5 screws, Aluminum Brackets and Aluminium Angles.
Connect the 4x Alu_Extrusion_Leg_200mm and 2 Alu_Extrusion_Crossbeam_724mm together with Alu_Angle.
M5_T_Nut + Socket_Cap_Screw_M5x10mm
- add two supports
Add the 2x Alu_Extrusion_Bed_Support_520mm and connect them with Alu_L_Bracket.
- Y axis and rails
Add the Alu_Extrusion_Y-Axis_600mm and Linear Rails MGN12H_600mm.
- working bed and base
Cut the Machine Bed to size and mount it to the machine. It consists of the top steel sheetTop_Machine_Bed and MDF sheet Bottom_Machine_Bed.
Bolt the Bottom_Mounting_Plate to the underside of the machine.
